Diploma / B.E Civil
Experience:
Freshers or 1–3 Years Experience in Structural Field
Salary Package:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
(Based on skills & experience)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Age: 23+
Radius: No Limits
Required Languages:
Tamil & English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct site visits for residential, commercial, industrial & land valuation assignments
✔ Take property measurements and verify building dimensions
✔ Verify approved plans, building specifications & property details
✔ Identify deviations between site conditions and approved plans
✔ Maintain professional communication with clients and authorities
✔ Ensure timely completion of field assignments and reports
Required Skills:
✔ Basic understanding of valuation and estimation procedures
✔ Good measurement and analytical skills
✔ Ability to handle field work and site inspections
✔ Strong accuracy, professionalism & reporting skills
