- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Document software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Good understanding of system integration and data processing within mainframe environments.
