Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales In-Charge to lead sales activities, manage customer relationships, and support business growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills, team-handling abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily sales operations and customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with branch teams to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Train and guide sales executives when required.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel if required.
