Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CAD Designer (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates to begin their career in design and engineering. The selected candidate will assist in preparing technical drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and other design documents using CAD software, while learning from experienced engineers and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Support in developing General Arrangement (GA) drawings and layouts under the guidance of senior team members.
Revise and update existing drawings based on team or client feedback.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project requirements anddrafting standards.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to contribute to ongoing projects and gain hands-on learning experience.
Skills & Experience:
Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, PROGECAD, or SolidWorks.
Understanding of basic drafting principles, engineering drawings, and layout reading.
Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn industry standards and design practices.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Eagerness to learn about materials, components, and systems used in vessels, reactors, and water systems.
Ability to work as part of a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
AutoCAD or SolidWorks Certification will be an added advantage.
