Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling inquiries, providing course information, and supporting the admission process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding educational programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Explain course details, fee structure, batch schedules, and placement support.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and career guidance activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets assigned by the organization.
Required Skills

- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
