1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

4. Manage distributors, ensuring healthy stock levels, timely orders, and smooth operations.
5. Ensure proper execution of company schemes, promotions, and sales initiatives.
6. Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions where required.
7. Train, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and sales skills.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, including DMS, attendance, reporting, and merchandising standards.
9. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
