Role: Production Assistants are responsible for executing industrial production processes reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute the industrial processes as per allocated department guidelines.
- Consistently meet quality control standards
- Work within timescales or schedules as necessary
- Report on availability of materials for Purchase
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Report necessary repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Mentoring new junior staff
- Part take in relevant training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidate should have completed any Industrial training or Technical course like ITI Diploma
- Minimum 1 Year relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player to achieve goals.
- Advanced skills in organoleptic and sensory evaluation
- Knowledge and experience of regulatory compliance requirements of the food industry
- . Ability to develop products within given timelines
- Good at maintaining confidentiality.
