Role: North Zonal Manager – Staffing & Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Growth
Drive revenue targets across North region (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, etc.)
Grow existing accounts and generate new business
Meet monthly/quarterly billing and collection targets
2. Client Acquisition & Management
Develop new enterprise and mid-sized clients
Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with delivery teams for closures and SLAs
3. Team Leadership
Manage Branch Managers, Team Leads, and recruiters
Set KPIs and track performance
Hire, train, and mentor recruitment teams
4. Delivery Oversight
Ensure positions are closed within TAT
Maintain quality of candidates and client satisfaction
Handle escalations and critical hiring mandates
5. Operations & Reporting
Monitor zone performance (revenue, closures, margins)
Prepare reports for Zonal Head / National Head
Improve processes and efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
8–14 years in staffing/recruitment
Experience managing multiple locations or large teams
Strong exposure to business development + delivery
Background in IT staffing, non-IT bulk hiring, or contract staffing
