Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment (screening, calling, scheduling).
- Support onboarding & documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records & HR data.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate daily HR operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Prior internship or 6 months experience in HR.
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR tools.
