STIPEND DETAILS
- Company Contribution: ₹20,000/month
- Government Contribution (NAPS): ₹1,500/month
- Total Stipend: ₹21,500/month

Education: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year (NAPS Trainee)
Preferred Industry Background: Machine Tool / Automotive
JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ENGINEER
General Purpose:
The Junior Engineer – Methods will support process planning, routing creation, cost estimation, and manufacturing method improvements for new and existing components, ensuring manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and compliance with quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain process plans, routings, and operation sequences in SAP/ERP
- Support cost estimation and value engineering activities for new RFQs and ongoing projects
- Review engineering drawings and provide manufacturability feedback
- Develop and update stage drawings, work instructions, and process sheets
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams
- Participate in tooling and fixture planning with vendors and in-house teams
- Monitor process capability and recommend improvements
- Support new product development (NPD) and trial activities
- Validate supplier processes and provide technical inputs during vendor development
- Maintain documentation as per QMS/UQMS requirements
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of machining, casting, and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of process planning and routing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Familiarity with SAP or any ERP system (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cost estimation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Having experience in AutoCAD, Solid works will be added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
