Copper Welder – Day Shift
ETP Earthing & LPS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Copper Welder for our manufacturing facility at GIDC Sachin, Surat.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and brazing of copper components as per production requirements.
- Join, assemble, and repair copper parts using appropriate welding/brazing techniques.
- Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of welded copper components.
- Inspect finished work for defects, cracks, improper joints, or leakage.
- Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to meet daily production targets.
- Handle materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass qualification.
- Fresher candidates can apply; relevant welding experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of copper welding/brazing is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the Day Shift.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and production procedures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Training will be provided by the company for suitable candidates.
