We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Associate to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, and employee documentation. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle HR processes efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination.
- Support employee confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
- Prepare HR letters and employee communication documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee database and HRMS.
Payroll Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Verify payroll data for accuracy before processing.
- Maintain salary records and payroll-related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing.
- Support full & final settlement process for exiting employees.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement coordination.
- Generate payroll reports and salary summaries.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and deductions.
Statutory Compliance Support
- Assist in PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate statutory filings and audits with consultants/vendors.
- Ensure employee data is updated for compliance purposes.
Recruitment & Employee Support
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling when required.
- Assist in induction and employee orientation activities.
- Coordinate with department managers for HR operational requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
- Understanding of statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Laws.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong coordination and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
