We are a UK-based multi-entity business with operations across the UK, India, and Europe. We are looking for a hands-on B2B Organic Growth & Content Lead to take ownership of our international digital presence.
We operate a portfolio of 4–5 core B2B websites across WordPress (lead-gen focus) and Shopify (B2B ecommerce). This is a senior-level individual contributor role for an expert who can define strategy, execute without guidance, and provide proven results using ethical, "white-hat" techniques.
Location & Flexibility
This position is available at either our Kolkata regional office or our Ahmedabad factory/office. We offer a Hybrid working model for the right candidate, combining the stability of an established MNC with the flexibility of modern working practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
- Performance SEO: Own end-to-end SEO for our WordPress and Shopify properties. This includes technical health (Core Web Vitals, Schema, Site Architecture) and ranking for high-intent B2B commercial keywords. Use tools such as SEMrush for keyword research, site audits, and identifying high-value SEO opportunities.
- AEO (The Future of Search): Future-proof our visibility by optimising content for AI-driven engines (ChatGPT, Google Gemini/SGE, Perplexity). You will ensure our business is the "primary source" for AI-generated answers in our industry.
B2B Content & LinkedIn Authority
- Strategic Content: Move beyond "blogging" to build topical authority. You will build a roadmap of pillar pages, industry use-cases, and comparison guides that drive conversions. Use SEMrush (Keyword Gap, Topic Research, and competitor analysis tools) to identify content opportunities that drive qualified B2B leads.
- LinkedIn Organic: Manage LinkedIn as our lead B2B social platform. You will create professional content that engages senior decision-makers and builds our corporate brand voice.
3. Email Marketing & CRM Lifecycle
- Lead Nurturing: Own the email strategy to move prospects from "interested" to "meeting booked."
- CRM Transition: We are currently using Pipedrive and moving to Odoo. You will ensure lead sources from organic channels are mapped correctly and that our digital marketing data remains clean during this transition.
4. Performance via AI & Automation
- AI Collaboration: You will be expected to work alongside our internal AI team to achieve superior results. This includes using AI to scale research, automate repetitive SEO tasks, and enhance data analysis—ensuring AI is used as a multiplier for quality and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- B2B Specialist: Proven experience in a B2B environment (Lead-gen cycles of 3–12 months). Generalists from B2C-only backgrounds will not be suitable.
- Technical Foundations: Expert-level proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog/Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Tag Manager.
- Independent Operator: You must be "hands-on." You are expected to design the strategy and then go into the CMS/Tools to implement it yourself.
- The "Right Way": Strictly ethical, white-hat techniques only. We focus on long-term brand equity over short-term shortcuts.
Advantageous Skills
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite to produce professional, clean B2B assets for LinkedIn and Email campaigns.
- Multi-Entity Experience: Experience working for an MNC with international stakeholders (UK/Europe).
What Success Looks Like
- Enquiry Growth: Consistent increase in the volume and quality of inbound MQLs/SQLs.
- Technical Excellence: Maintaining a high SEO health score and "AEO-ready" status across all sites.
- Reporting: Providing clear, numbers-based reports that demonstrate ROI and pipeline influence.
