Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to manage front desk operations and deliver an excellent experience to visitors and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, visitors, and clients professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Provide project information and direct customer queries to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, hospitality, or guest relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
