Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer with at least 6 months of site experience who is willing to relocate. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising construction and development activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines, and providing regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction and development activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site labor for smooth execution of work
- Monitor material usage and ensure quality control on-site
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
- Maintain daily site records, including work progress and manpower
- Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to the Manager/Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines
- Follow company policies and site safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 months of relevant site experience
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as required
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
