We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects.
- Generate leads through telecalling, data calling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Convince prospective clients and arrange site visits or meetings.
- Coordinate between clients and the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred.
- Ability to handle telecalling and client follow-ups confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
- Prior experience in real estate sales or telecalling will be an advantage.
