Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain service excellence, manage staff performance, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational understanding, and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including floor management and guest service
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
- Maintain SOPs, service standards, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Prepare reports related to sales, staffing, and operations
- Lead team motivation and maintain a positive work culture
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in premium dining or luxury hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of guest relations and service excellence
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Attention to detail and operational discipline
- Wine, beverage, or fine-dining knowledge is an advantage
