Hiring: Executive Chef – Arabian & Multi-Cuisine Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations for an Arabian & Multi-Cuisine fine dining restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full kitchen operations
- Special expertise in Arabian, Indian & Continental cuisine
- Menu planning, food costing & recipe standardization
- Maintain high food quality, taste & presentation standards
- Control kitchen inventory & minimize wastage
- Train and supervise kitchen team
- Ensure hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Coordinate with management for new menu development & promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years experience in reputed restaurants
- Strong experience in Arabian cuisine (Mandi, Grills, Shawarma, Mezze, etc.)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food costing & kitchen budgeting
- Ability to handle high-volume operations
Salary:
