- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp and 3ds Max.
- Prepare complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Prepare layout plans, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and elevation drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements according to project requirements and budgets.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges efficiently.
- Ensure projects are delivered within quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Mentor junior designers and review their drawings and design work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
