Job Summary
We are hiring an IT / Desktop Support Engineer to provide hardware, software and network support to end users and maintain smooth IT operations within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Manage user accounts, email access and basic IT security settings.
- Maintain IT asset records and support hardware/software procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty and AMC support.
- Provide support for video conferencing and office IT equipment.
- Document recurring issues and maintain support records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in desktop, hardware or network support.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and basic networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests independently.
- Good communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
