Customer Service Officer Job Description:
A Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They act as the first point of contact between the organization and its customers while maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Handle customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Meet customer service performance targets and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and service activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 10Th,+2,+3 Required
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,429.65 - ₹17,187.98 per month
