Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, handling inquiries, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Follow up with prospective students for admissions
- Maintain student data and daily follow-up reports
- Explain course details, fees, and enrollment process
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in counseling/telesales/customer handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented candidate preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
