Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ayurvedic / Wellness Centre Specialist with 10+ years of relevant experience to manage and develop Ayurvedic and wellness centre operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness therapies, treatment protocols, team management, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Ayurvedic and wellness centre operations.
- Develop and implement Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and wellness programmes.
- Establish and maintain treatment, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Supervise, train, and manage Ayurvedic practitioners, therapists, and wellness staff.
- Develop and implement SOPs and treatment protocols.
- Ensure high-quality client experience and address service-related concerns.
- Evaluate Ayurvedic products, therapies, wellness services, and treatment offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors for products, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable professional, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Support management in developing new wellness programmes, packages, and centre initiatives.
- Monitor centre performance, manpower, client feedback, and operational requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Ayurveda, wellness, holistic health, Ayurvedic therapy, or wellness centre management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and wellness practices.
- Experience managing/supervising an Ayurvedic clinic, wellness centre, retreat, spa, or similar establishment preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
- Experience in developing wellness programmes or setting up a new centre will be an added advantage.
- Relevant qualification in Ayurveda / Ayurvedic Medicine / Wellness / Naturopathy or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For
A senior Ayurveda / Wellness professional with 10+ years of experience who can independently manage centre operations, lead teams, maintain high service standards, develop wellness programmes, and contribute to the overall growth and development of the centre in Kolkata / Ranchi.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
