Position Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient and passionate VLSI / Embedded Systems Engineer to join our technical education and engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented technical training, developing hands-on projects, mentoring students, and contributing to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Digital Electronics, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, IoT, and Electronics, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities1. VLSI & Digital Design
- Develop and deliver training on VLSI fundamentals, Digital Electronics, RTL Design, and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Explain combinational and sequential logic, FSM, registers, counters, and digital design concepts.
- Guide learners in VLSI-related academic and practical projects.
- Develop technical demonstrations and hands-on learning activities.
2. Embedded Systems & Electronics
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot embedded system projects.
- Work with platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, PIC, and other microcontrollers.
- Interface sensors, actuators, communication modules, displays, and other peripherals.
- Knowledge of PCB Design and IoT will be an added advantage.
3. STEM Education & Technical Training
- Conduct practical and project-based training programs for Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, and School students.
- Deliver workshops, seminars, technical sessions, bootcamps, and hands-on activities.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Mentor students in innovative projects, prototypes, hackathons, and technical competitions.
- Prepare presentations, training materials, practical exercises, and project documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Digital Electronics & Embedded Systems
- Working knowledge of Microcontrollers
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Embedded C / C / C++
- Hands-on experience with at least one platform such as Arduino / ESP32 / STM32 / PIC
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
