We are hiring a Community Manager / Member Relationship Manager for our client to manage and grow a professional business community.
This role involves working closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals, ensuring members stay engaged and receive value from being part of the community.
The person in this role will act as the main point of contact for members, building strong relationships, supporting member needs, and ensuring smooth communication within the chapter.
(Internal designation: Chapter Director)
Key Responsibilities
Member Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members
- Serve as the primary contact for member communication and support
- Understand member goals and ensure they benefit from the community
- Respond to member queries and resolve concerns promptly
Community Engagement
- Encourage member participation in meetings, discussions, and networking activities
- Facilitate introductions and connections between members
- Ensure members stay actively engaged within the community
Member Experience & Retention
- Ensure members have a positive and productive experience
- Support onboarding of new members and help them integrate into the network
- Identify potential issues early and help address them
Meetings & Coordination
- Coordinate regular chapter meetings and member interactions
- Ensure meetings run smoothly and professionally
- Work with leadership to support community initiatives and activities
Operations & Administration
- Maintain member communication and engagement records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth chapter operations
- Support planning and execution of member events or activities
