About the Role
NEXEX Cloud Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, PF, ESI, ITR, TDS, ICEGATE, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- Handle PF & ESI registrations, monthly filings, challans, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and assist in tax compliance.
- Calculate and file TDS returns and maintain related records.
- Manage ICEGATE documentation and export/import accounting procedures.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, debit notes, credit notes, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Generate MIS reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and accounting standards.
- Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities assigned by management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Tally Prime proficiency is compulsory.
- GST filing experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in PF & ESI compliance.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax (ITR) and TDS.
- Experience working with the ICEGATE portal is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Office Timings
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
