CNS Architecture Studio | Kochi, Kerala
CNS Architecture Studio is a growing interior architecture practice based in Kochi, delivering thoughtful, design-led residential and commercial spaces. As we scale, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our projects from concept to completion.
About the Role
You will be the operational backbone of CNS — the person who holds every moving part of a project together. From coordinating with contractors on site to ensuring client timelines are met, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping the design vision intact and the studio running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Coordination
Own the full project lifecycle — from design handover to site execution and final delivery. Prepare and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure every phase is delivered on time and within budget.
2. Site Supervision & Contractor Management
Make regular site visits across active projects, coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and vendors, and ensure workmanship meets CNS's quality standards. Flag and resolve site issues before they become delays.
3. Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to handover.
4. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Source materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with project specifications. Build and maintain relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers across Kochi and Kerala.
5. Budget Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures against estimates, flag cost overruns early, and report project status to the principal architect regularly.
6. Internal Team Coordination
Act as the bridge between the design team, site team, and clients — ensuring clarity of communication, timely documentation, and smooth handoffs at every stage.
