Thomson Multiwood is looking for Tele Marketing Executive to attend Customer care calls and monitor and follow-up the enquiries. Candidates with prior experience in telemarketing or Customer care handling will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make cold or warm calls to potential clients from directories to pitch products, services, or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer questions, resolve complaints, and address technical or service doubts.
- Script Compliance: Use and adapt prepared conversational scripts to explain features, pricing, and benefits accurately.
- Data Management: Record customer contact details, order information, and call outcomes accurately in computer database systems.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly performance quotas regarding call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Required Skills
- Communication: Clear verbal articulation, active listening, and a friendly tone over the phone.
- Persuasion: Strong salesmanship and effective negotiation techniques to handle customer objections.
- Resilience: Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with rejection or frustrated clients.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, dialers, and basic computer navigation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
