- KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1.Manage day-to-day hydroponic farm operations.
- 2. Monitor nutrient solution preparation, pH, EC, and water quality parameters.
- 3. Ensure proper plant growth, irrigation scheduling, and crop health management.
- 4. Conduct seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- 5. Monitor pests and diseases and implement preventive measures.
- 6. Maintain hydroponic systems, pumps, filters, and irrigation equipment.
- 7. Track crop yield, productivity, and resource utilization.
- 8. Maintain farm records and prepare periodic reports.
- 9. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- 10. Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and farm workers.
Pay: ₹113,000.00 - ₹122,000.00 per month
