Receptionist – Hotel Abi Krishna
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Abi Krishna. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, offering exceptional service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the hotel, amenities, and services.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide information to guests about the local area, including restaurants, transportation, and tourist attractions.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in coordinating guest services and handling complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel reception preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking software and office equipment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
