Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Analyst / Student Counsellors who will act as the face of the organization and guide students in building successful careers in the IT industry. This role involves student interaction, academic counselling, curriculum awareness, and aligning student goals with industry-driven programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for students approaching Pentagon Space
Counsel and guide students on suitable IT career paths and training programs
Collaborate with industry experts and the technical team
Participate in discussions related to evolving IT industry curriculum
Motivate and mentor students throughout their learning journey
Follow organizational guidelines to shape and upskill students for IT careers
Maintain professional communication and relationship management with students
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: BE / BTech (Any Stream)/BCA / MCA/BSc Computer Science / MSc Computer Science
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹3 LPA (Fixed) Approx. ₹20,000 in-hand per month
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours and Days: 9 hours per day (Day Shift) Monday to Saturday
