Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on site.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor site safety and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Measure quantities and verify completed work for billing purposes.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on site.
- Maintain site records, including inspection reports, material logs, and work progress.
- Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Participate in site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
