Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die)
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years in VMC / CNC machining
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines to produce precision components
- Perform job setup (tooling, fixtures, offsets)
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining requirements
- Execute and edit CNC programs (G-code / M-code)
- Monitor machining process and adjust parameters for performance
- Conduct inspection of parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain quality standards using proper inspection techniques
- Handle non-standard / development jobs (tool room work)
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure continuous production
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of VMC operation & setup
- Basic CNC programming (G & M codes)
- Understanding of quality control & inspection methods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on precision components
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in tool room / non-standard jobs preferred
- Own two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
