Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/WFH role for an E-commerce Executive, located in Lucknow. The candidate will assist in managing e-commerce operations, sales, analyzing sales data, maintaining accurate product listings, and optimizing online store performance, ads performance, social media handling.
Qualifications
- Understanding of online store operations
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends
- Good Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and addressing customer queries
- Knowledge of meta ads and other sales channels
- Customer Service skills with the ability to deliver positive shopping experiences
- Basic knowledge and interest in Sales to support revenue growth through e-commerce
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
