Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.
- Identify job opportunities and placement requirements from companies.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement drives.
- Match suitable candidates with employer requirements.
- Track placement activities and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with recruiters and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Organize campus recruitment events, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in coordinating with employers and candidates.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases/ATS platforms.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with educational institutions, training organizations, staffing firms, or EdTech companies.
- Existing network of hiring managers and corporate contacts is an advantage.
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
