Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage leads from website, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable window covering solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order execution.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on enquiries until closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
