What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. 1. Serve as a process Subject Matter Expert for procurement and supply chain operations. 2. Perform and oversee end to end PR validation and approval activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined procurement policies and SOPs. 3. Ensure daily procurement operations run seamlessly with zero disruption to downstream buying and PO processes 4. Ensure all PR validation and approval activities are completed within agreed SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks. 5. Monitor daily queues and ageing to proactively address bottlenecks and risks. 6. Support defect reduction by identifying root causes and driving process adherence. 7. Act as the first point of contact for requestor queries related to PR validation, approval status, rejections, and rework requirements. 8. Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to requestors to enhance user experience. 9. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, procurement stakeholders, and requestors. 10. Provide accurate operational updates and insights to leads or managers as required.
