Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online tools, LinkedIn, and databases
- Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social media to generate leads
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and company profiles
- Support senior BDEs in client meetings, follow-ups, and deal coordination
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Stay up to date with IT industry trends, services, and competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or any relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- No prior experience required — we will train you
