*GeM Executive / GeM Specialist - Job Description*
_Role: Government e-Marketplace Operations | Location: Bangalore, Karnataka | Type: Full-Time On-site_
*Experience Required:* 1-4 Years
*Industry:* IT Infrastructure / Govt. Tenders
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *GeM Portal Management*: Complete end-to-end handling of GeM portal - registration, profile, catalog management
2. *Bid Participation*: Find relevant tenders, download bid documents & prepare technical/commercial bids
3. *Documentation*: Collect & upload all compliance docs - GST, MSME, ISO, financials, past experience etc
4. *Order Processing*: Manage GeM orders, e-invoicing, dispatch & delivery confirmation
5. *Pricing Strategy*: Research market prices on GeM & suggest competitive pricing
6. *Payment Follow-up*: Track GeM payments, TDS, and coordinate with accounts team
7. *Compliance*: Stay updated with GeM rules, new features & policy changes
8. *Reporting*: Weekly report on bids submitted, orders won, revenue from GeM
*Requirements:*
- Graduate degree, preferably, it infrastructure, Networking
- 1-4 years hands-on experience with GeM portal
- Knowledge of Govt. tender process, e-bidding, DSC, e-sign
- Good at documentation & attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Tally
*Preferred Skills:*
1. Past experience in IT/Telecom products on GeM
2. Knowledge of MSE, Make in India, Class-1 supplier benefits
3. Understanding of GeM GTC, SLA & dispute resolution
