Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle job postings on various hiring platforms.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers or candidates with recruitment experience can apply.
