Drive the conversion of studio visits into successful sales to meet revenue targets. Booking Management: Efficiently manage the studio's schedule for all customer consultations, ensuring optimal workflow for the design team. Customer Relations: Handle all customer interactions, from initial greeting and sales pitches to managing order follow-ups and resolving escalations with fluent, clear, and professional communication. Operational Oversight: Ensure the studio's visual merchandising is immaculate, oversee order processing accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, etc.) for seamless order fulfillment.
