We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer specializing in Women's Wear to lead our design team and drive the creative direction of our brand. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the vision of our collections, from conceptualization to execution, and inspire our team to create innovative and trend-setting designs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to final product, ensuring that designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and design presentations to communicate vision and ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resources effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and commercially viable collections.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their creative growth and development.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and creativity, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Fashion Design. Advanced degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a fashion designer specializing in women's wear, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and technical skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers is desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 year experience in Fashion Designing.
Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
