About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development / Business Analyst professional with 6+ years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or manpower services.
The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain relationships with multiple MNCs and corporate clients, identify staffing requirements, generate business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and establish long-term partnerships/MOUs with companies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent corporate networking skills, and a proven track record of bringing new MNC clients and staffing requirements to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach MNCs, IT companies, startups, and large corporate organizations for staffing partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Teams, Vendor Managers, and Business Heads.
- Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and workforce solutions.
- Establish vendor partnerships and staffing tie-ups with multiple MNCs.
- Initiate and negotiate MOUs, Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Staffing Contracts.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill them.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients and regularly follow up for new requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with decision-makers at client organizations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, staffing margins, payment terms, replacement policies, and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and recruitment teams during the client onboarding and MOU process.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat and additional business.
- Research the market to identify companies with ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Track competitors, market trends, salary trends, and staffing industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client discussions, leads, proposals, agreements, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual client acquisition, MOU, and revenue targets.
- Build a long-term network of corporate clients to create a consistent flow of IT staffing requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Manpower Services.
- Strong existing network and ability to connect with MNCs and large corporate organizations.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and corporate tie-ups.
- Experience in negotiating and closing MOUs, vendor agreements, and staffing contracts.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment and staffing models, including contract staffing, permanent hiring, and contract-to-hire.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with HR Directors, TA Heads, Procurement Teams, CXOs, and senior management.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to independently generate business and develop new client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Excel, email communication, LinkedIn, and business networking platforms.
- Target-oriented with strong business development and revenue-generation capabilities.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should have:
- Existing contacts with multiple MNCs / IT companies.
- A proven record of successfully signing staffing/vendor agreements or MOUs.
- Experience handling corporate accounts and large-volume staffing requirements.
- A strong understanding of the IT staffing vendor ecosystem.
- Ability to bring new clients and generate recurring staffing requirements.
- Strong professional network among HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
