Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive(1-3 Years) to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level HR professionals to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers.
- Share regular recruitment status updates and reports with the team.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and job postings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
