Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the automobile sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
- Train, motivate, and guide sales consultants to improve performance and customer handling skills.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock planning.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile products, financing options, and dealership operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license preferred.
