The Senior Customer Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an excellent patient experience by managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, supervising front-line customer service activities, and supporting the Customer Relations team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and service requests professionally.
- Guide and support Customer Relations Executives in daily operations.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/HMIS systems.
- Follow up with patients regarding feedback and service quality.
- Monitor customer service standards and recommend improvements.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality.
