We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the building materials, lighting, electrical, or architectural products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's lighting solutions to architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, contractors, and developers. The role requires regular client visits, product presentations, sample demonstrations, relationship management, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and corporate clients on a regular basis.
- Present and demonstrate the company's lighting product portfolio, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Distribute product catalogues, brochures, and samples to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers to generate project specifications.
- Follow up with clients after presentations to obtain product approvals, enquiries, and purchase orders.
- Identify upcoming construction and interior projects to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and technical teams to provide quotations and product recommendations.
- Track project progress from specification to order conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, site visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and emerging industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and marketing events as required.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
