Position Overview
The Marriage Fit is looking for an experienced and result-orientated sales manager to lead the sales and client acquisition function. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, improving client enquiry conversions, and building a high-performing sales team while ensuring a professional and empathetic client experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and client acquisition team responsible for handling counselling service enquiries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's revenue and business growth objectives.
- Manage the complete sales and client conversion process, from initial enquiry to appointment booking and closure.
- Set clear individual and team targets and ensure consistent sales performance.
- Coach and mentor the sales team on client communication, objection handling, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews and identify training and development requirements.
- Implement structured sales processes, SOPs, and lead follow-up mechanisms.
- Work closely with Therapy Administration and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyse lead quality and improve lead conversion strategies.
- Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement corrective actions to improve overall sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales performance and revenue reports to the management.
- Build and maintain a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.

Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of proven experience in core sales and revenue-driven roles.
- Any discipline in graduate and post-graduation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and major job portals.
- Strong experience in managing and leading sales or client acquisition teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and client conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, counselling services, education, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Work Details
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- 60% Fixed Pay + 40% Variable Pay (performance-based)
- Work From Office: Bangalore HSR Layout
- Working days: Monday to Saturday One Sunday per month will be a working day, and you will be provided a compensatory day off on the following Monday.
