- Teach the assigned subject(s) to Classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach English literature and language
- Prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons and support students in exam preparation.
- Design and implement assessments, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participate actively in school events, academic planning, and departmental meetings.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment fostering inquiry, creativity, and learning.
- Integrate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and experiential learning strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in the relevant subject
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (PGT)
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and modern teaching practices
- Excellent Communication in English
