Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end digital marketing activities, content strategy, paid advertising, and brand communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media campaigns, AI tools, video editing, and concept creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, campaign concepts, and branding strategies.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with design/video teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and improve ROI.
- Create and manage reels, short-form videos, promotional creatives, and ad copies.
- Stay updated with latest digital trends, AI tools, and social media algorithms.
- Build brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- AI tools for content creation and marketing
- Video editing software/apps
- Experience in concept building, campaign planning, and creative storytelling.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Creative mindset with understanding of branding and audience psychology.
- Experience handling performance marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create viral/social-first content concepts.
- Good understanding of analytics, insights, and lead generation strategies.

- Salary: As per experience and current package.
